| Essential Requirements |
Purpose of the role:
Developing, implemening and manage Group Internal Communication Crisis Strategy
Performance Indicators:
Effective development, management and implementation of the Groups Internal Communication Crisis Strategy
Effective optimization of Internal Communications processes utilizing online methodologies
Proven track record excellence in written and verbal communication skills
Public speeking skills in order to address internal stakeholders during speeches.
Strong presentation skills
Managing internal publications
Level of experience required:
Proven track record in journalism / writing
Minimum 3 years Internal Communications Experience
Minimum qualifications:
3 year Journalism / Communications Degree.
